The left one is explaining how the building forms a "windmill" with all its rooms and corridors. This idea is actually from the idea of "circulation", the only differnce is that, inmy point of view, the circulation in this building all starts from one point (which is the center of the "windmill" and also the living room of the villa), and spreads into the rest part of the building.
The top one on the right show how different spaces in the villa face the sea. This arrangement enables people to have a large sight range. The bottom one is about how the rest of the villa surrounds the courtyard and forms a semi-open space.
